The bottom line is this--their template for this product is either available via download for Word, or when you install Picture It Express which came with the product. And I do not wish to use Word for the design I'm making. Which label is it in Word? I can create a template in Publisher for you if you can tell me which template it is.
I can't seem to find it in Word. It is part of a promotional package. Is this perhaps due to the amount of photos available to 'undo"?
How can I limit the number of undos stored for each page? Is there a viewer for publisher files please? As I produced some business cards on my old machine which I can no longer print from. Not sure how you did it. You surprise me the powers I bestowed upon you failed. I'm so frustrated. And I've wasted so many bus. Thanks for any help! Have you reconfigured your printer for the different paper weight? Some printers have this configured in the printer driver, others older ones generally have switches somewhere on the paper feed to allow selection of this.
If not, then your printer will not feed the paper correctly, resulting in issues like those you describe.
